Situation
The parcels of land are half a mile due west of Healaugh towards Low Row at Scabba Wath. Reeth is three miles east and Low Row is 1 mile west.

Description
The land is set in an exceptionally picturesque and attractive location on the banks of the Upper Swale.

The first two parcels of land are meadow and stand either side of the road to Scabba Wath Bridge. They provide good summer grazing either for livestock or ponies as well as hay or silage.
