Directions
From Leyburn:
Turn left opposite the Police Station up Moor Road. After 2
miles, pass over the cross roads. Continue over the moor, descending into
Swaledale. In Grinton, join the main Swaledale Road, turning left by the
church to Reeth. In Reeth, fork left as you reach the green and proceed to
the top, parking near the Yorkshire Dales National Park visitor centre.
Metcalfe's will be found in the corner of Anvil Square. From Richmond:
Take the Reeth Road out of Richmond. Turn right before
Downholme on the B6270 to Reeth. As you enter Grinton stay on the
Swaledale Road - see above. |
